I bought the laptop that has ram speed 3200Mhz but it is working at only 2400Mhz. I didn't checked it before, but now when I tried to add new Ram, and checked the default ram physically it was 3200Mhz ram but it was only working with 2400Mhz speed. Is there any way to change that? So I can buy new 3200Mhz ram to upgrade. Or should I buy 2400Mhz ram ?

Hi:
You cannot make the memory run any faster than the processor will allow.
Your notebook's processor can only run memory at a max speed of 2400 MHz.
Look under the connectivity specifications for the processor.
Ryzen™ 5 3550H Mobile Processor | FreeSync Technology | AMD
This is also indicated in chapter 1 of the service manual.
