I purchased a laptop from Hp India online store on 6th July 2018. After receiving the product, I was realized that my laptop was not working properly and faulty laptop delivered by Hp India store. I have contacted soman times hp supppsu assistant India representative by phone call, email e,chat and my problem has not been resolved by them. Recently a technical engineer has visited my site and noticed unintentional thermal damage on mother board. I couldn't charge my laptop with ac charging adaptor......This was the main issue.while the battery was in full charge, I was able to do all my work.....My charging adaptor is ok........Now my question is how thermal damage happened on my mother board?... Technician could not find any liquid or other damage on my laptop or any kind of power surge......... Only a simple charging power ic has been damagedd and my laptop is still in the warranty. Service representative demanding money....
Now my question is why I have to pay twenty four thousand for this issue and Why I have to change entire mother board for this issue?
I am constantly being harrased by Service provider of hp as well as the guys of{edit] It can ever be a solution....My laptop sl.no. is [edit], Product ID 3FQ20PA...... Please help me
