Asus makes laptops and retail motherboards. I do not think their laptops have a Turbo mode. I think you are confusing Asus desktop motherboards with laptops. Turbo Mode is a form of overclocking and I think Asus is smart enough not to let people overclock their laptops. And the Turbo Mode even on their desktop board is widely considered to be a marketing gimmick anyway.

HP motherboards are made by many factories likely including the Asus factory but that does not make it an Asus motherboard. They are made to HP specs which are not going to include features specific to actual branded Asus motherboards. And it is odd you are seeing an Asus logo although you are not the first to see this and report it. Why would HP knowingly put a comptetitors' logo on their product?

I was thinking ,if I have to have an Asus motherboard, why not get an Asus that has the turbo mode.
Do you think the ones they make for hp are better than their own?
