OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does my laptop support Thunderbolt 3? Somewhere is written no, somewhere is written yes, and next to the usb c port is picture of thunderbolt. If this laptop supports Thunderbolt 3, how many pcie lanes it has?

That ain't Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt is one large bolt icon as big as your two icons put together. The specs are correct.

Your laptop is a specific model and Omen 15-dc0xxx is a series. Look at pages 13 and 14 of the Service Manual here.

Manual

It appears it has a Thunderbolt port. Note the different icons. Not all lightning bolt icons mean Thunderbolt. Thunderbolt is a larger lightning bolt and is not next to a usb icon.

Concretely I have OMEN by HP - 15-dc0015nc. This laptop has 1050. In your manual (page 6) is written that this laptop supports thunderbolt 3, but in product specs is written: USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge). So my question is, which is right?

Either is capable of being wrong. What kind of icon do you have next to the port?

Here it is.
