I have just bought an HP Docking station thunderbolt 230W G2 and I have updated the general firmware thantks to this guide: 

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Thunderbolt-Dock-G2-230W-faile... , now I see here : https://support.hp.com/it-it/drivers/selfservice/hp-thunderbolt-dock-g2-with-combo-cable/21816261 that there also is an ethernet firmware update, I have tried to run the .exe downloaded from the previous linked page sp136180.exe, it starts up then open a cmd window that it just vanish by itself....any suggest?
