HP Spectre
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

The top portion of my touch screen does not work by touch. I can use the computer keys to access address bar and top area of the screen but it won't work by touch. the lower two thirds of the screen will work by touch. I have tried doing a reinstall but that doesn't work. the top part of the screen continues to not work by touch.

the screen is not cracked or broken and the computer has never been dropped.

@CSom

I reviewed your post and I understand that the top portion of the touchscreen is not working.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

When was the last time the touchscreen was working fine?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and run a test on the touchscreen to make sure whether it is a software or a hardware issue.
