I don't speak English, so I translated it with Google Translate.
I bought this laptop in the US a few years ago.
Now I live in Korea.
My laptop had a swollen battery for a long time.
So it looks like the notepad is broken.
The mouse moves, but when I click the lower corner, the mouse doesn't click.
So, I want to replace only the touchpad parts.
There are no parts in the Korean service center, and they say that they cannot fix it because it was not purchased in Korea.
Can I buy in the US and ship to Korea?
Or if you tell me the name of the product, I will find it on aliexpress and purchase it.
Disappointed by HP's overly selfish tactics in Korea, my last hope is to contact HP in the US.
Please send your reply to the email address below. thank you.

It is a Synaptics touchpad. The HP part number is L20701-001
"Can I buy in the US and ship to Korea?" That is something totally out of our control. You will have to use your own resources.
