Hello
I have an issue with my laptop (HO Elite x2) and the touchapd doens't appear to be working... keyboard works fine, just not the touchapd....
When I have a wirless mouse plugged in, it works fine.
I have tried a few things I have seen online, but no joy (and I've rebooked it like 5 times).
I cannot see any potions on touchpad either;.
Any advise?
Kind regards
C

Try the mouse driver. It also does the touchpad

? Does the touchpad work when the mouse is plugged in or do you mean the mouse works?
I read the following in the release notes
| Fixed in this release: - Fixes an intermittent issue where the Touchpad continues to function when a mouse is connected to the system and the setting for the Disable touchpad when a mouse is present feature is On. |
I am not sure what the above means but the "touchpad can disabled when the mouse it connected?. The above is in English that that is my language but it does not make a lot of sense. Try that mouse driver is all i can think of. Sorry.

Tap the ESC key after powering on and run diagnostics. If it passes the problem is in windows.
If the touchpad test fails then a hardware problem.
check warranty and call for repair info:
