My options are finally exhausted ...
Please contact the seller. He should provide you with a working Windows 10 and Windows 11 driver with the help of HP and send you a new touchpad (tested with Windows).

You're welcome !
Report to the seller that the touchpad does not work with Windows. We have spent hours on this and have tried every conceivable procedure that no one else would do. Claim your money back and buy a touchpad directly from HP.
