My laptop touchpad and button mouse do not working. error code 64JNR3-8GC91H-QFPJXF-G21C03 and 64JNR3-8GC91H-QFPJXF-G21A03.What do these two codes.I ran HP PC Hardware Diagnostics and it failed.

 

what these two codes mean?

The test results shared aren't complete or the test seems to have interrupted in some way, hence I recommend you re-run the test and use the instructions on my private message to get the device repaired/replaced, considering this could be a hardware malfunction, in case the test fails again.

 

That said, the alternate option would be to get yourself an external mouse as it would be a lot easier and cheaper to simply disable the touchpad and use an external device instead.
