Touchpad cracked

Recently, my touchpad broke in half. I realized this was due to the swollen battery. I bought my Spectre in 2017 in the US, unfortunately, machines bought during this time seems to have battery issues and were recalled for a replacement (battery alone). I missed this as I was not aware of it. I am wondering if there is a possibility to get the replacement now. Further, I am in India right now. Any suggestions are most welcome.
