anytime i switch explorer windows with the touchpad turned on the logitec usb mouse will lag for several minutes.  im running windows1122h2 and fully updated.  Ran hp diagnostics and the updater in there says all is updated as well.  Im wondering if this issue is with my mouse or my touchpad or maybe windows.  The problem goes away if i turn the touchpad off in windows settings.
