Yesterday during my class hour ,I have shocked by touching the touchpad, it was too much hot that can burn your finger if you put your finger more than 5 seconds also my cursor was gone. Also I could not find any touchpad option in the control panel and device manager . But when I plugged in the external mouse, then the cursor was working. This typical problem only happens when the laptop is on . I don't know what's going on and my laptop is also under warranty till 18 th October 2021

Hi@Shuvranil,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I would like to inform you that 90C is normal on the gaming computer. I recommend you use the Omen command center to change the settings which suit your needs.
Check for the windows update?
Check for the BIOS update?
