HP Notebook - 14-dg0521sa
Microsoft Windows 11

The touch pad left hand button has broke, i have tried everywhere to find a replacement touchpad to no avail. I would appreciate any help telling me where i can purchase a replacement or how to go about getting my Notebook fixed.

Thanks

I am self taught....but not a very good teacher.

Here is the part information for the click pad module  HP  L22586-001
HP PartSurfer reference source

If your notebook is still within the one year free warranty period HP will fix it for no cost.

If outside of the one year free warranty period, the cost will be out of pocket.

Use the HP+ L22586-001  as the keywords in a search engine of your choice to source a replacement part in the UK

As a workaround, you can use either a wired USB mouse or a wireless  or bluetooth mouse with a usb dongle.

The wireless or bluetooth  mouse is probably going to be most practical until you get the touchpad replaced.

I have used a  Microsoft Surface mouse for years.
