Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wf0000 (7B9S3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello, support. I've a problem with my Omen 16 wf0083dx.
The battery doesn't charge when laptop is on. It only charges when it's off.
Yesterday I ran a BIOS check and got an error code - pu6g28-c7wcm2-xd7v7g-c1fu03 - adapter error.
I' m not sure about this info so I decided to ask here. Is it the AC adapter or power controller? I want to know how much money I will have to pay for the repairs.
I have a two month warranty, but unfortunately I am from a restricted area.
