I've been trying to return a replacement battery that it turns out I don't need.
I've made 10+ phone calls and emailed numerous teams. Every person I talk to transfers me to another team. Yesterday I finally got in touch with someone from the HP 24/7 Process Department who told me that he would personally handle this, because he understood how frustrating it was to be passed around.
Today, I get an email that my case has been closed. No phone call, no update, no resolution.
I called back today and tried to get someone on the phone who could escalate this, to no avail.
Help! This has been the most frustrating Customer Support call I've ever had to deal with. At this point, HP has completely lost me and my family as a customer.
