The instruction manual says that the Type-C port can be used to charge the laptop but I cannot find information on power/watt requirements.
Does anyone know how many watts, or what other requirements there are to be able to charge the laptop using the Type-C port?

45, 60 or 90 Watts are fine.
The Maintenence and service guide does state that a USB charging device can be used. It does not specify any other requirements.
The 1HE08AA — HP 65W USB-C Power Adapter is published as being compatible with your notebook.
