Product: Note book [Personal Information Removed]
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop model no is hp 15bs-539tu 

And my productiproduct id is [Personal Information Removed]

My laptop comes with Intel HD 620 graphics and let me know it is UME graphics or discrete graphics.

Your notebook is a UME type. The intel Core i5 processor provides the integrated  Intel HD graphics 620 video graphics solution.
