Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Laptop 15-da0073wm with an Optane m10 memory of 16GB and would like to know which is a better Optane memory. Can I use the H10 memory instead is it possible or do I have to use a 32GB or 64GB m10 memory??? I need some help PLEASE...

16 gb is adequate for an Optane module. The H10 memory just means you have an additional storage disk on the chip with the Optane module.

hey, sorry if im being rude, but this was the only way i could ask you this. i changed my gpu out from an amd firepro w5170m to a nvidia quadro m2000m in my hp zbook 15 g3, and it refuses to boot the card, even though 3rd party programs see that it is there, and ideas on how i can get it to boot the card? thanks in andvance.

I just so happen to have a Zbook 15 G3 with a Quadro M2000M. So I know it can work. If I recall there is a setting in the BIOS. You have to set it to dedicated video only. Hybrid or dual video will not work. So if you are booting the laptop and the integrated Intel video is working I think you do not have the setting right. Why it has worked with your AMD Firepro I do not know. You did install the correct nVidia heatsink, right? Its different than the AMD heatsink.

does the heatsink matter for it to work correctly? i still have the old amd heatsink in but the foam is in the correct place for it to make full contact with the top, and i have a usb fan underneath it to help keep it cool, i haven't found a NVidia heatsink yet. by the way i cant even get it to work at all, so i will try making it use only the NVidia card and see if that helps.

EDIT: it is giving me error 43 and i cannot get it to work in double the way i was able to before. i will try to do single gpu and hope it doesn't screw over my computer.

EDIT 2: single gpu mode is on and it works fine, i just have to restart my computer every time i put it to sleep because it gives me a black screen...could it be because of deep sleep mode?

EDIT 3:my Bluetooth earbuds (they have a built in microphone) wont let me use the output and input at the same time, i have to switch to the earbuds internal microphone to speak, but i cant hear anything, and i have to switch the computer built in microphone to hear, but cant speak. any ideas?

EDIT 4: no audio device except bluetooth earbuds and built in speakers work now even after a reboot, im gonna try changing some settings in the bios and see if that works.

EDIT 5: i still have the same issue, and it is driving me crazy.
