USB 2.0 port is not working

hi,

i have installed window 7 in my new laptop but the usb port is not working properly in case of transfering data.

and i'm not finding any driver for it, please help me out for this problem

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the AMD Chipset drivers from the link below resolve the problem.

You want the first file listed on the webpage.  Install and restart the PC.

Yes, it will definitely make the USB3 ports work.

Not sure about the USB2 ports, but it does install other motherboard drivers.

You need this software for the webcam.

I'm assuming you installed the graphics driver, because the webcam won't work without the graphics driver being installed.
