Hi,

I have WIN7 64bit Ultimate on my new notebook HP 15-rb020nc and I have one slot USB 2.0 (functional) and 2 slots USB 3.1 unfunctional 😞 Any flashdisk or other device does not work ....

 

What i need to ports working? Any drivers or better set up BIOS?

Here is the link to the driver you need.  You want the first file listed on the webpage.  Install and restart the PC.
