Good day everyone,

 

I'm looking to buy the Asus ZenScreen MB14AC portable monitor for my laptop and wondering if my computer would support that Monitor. Indeed, the monitor can only receive the video and power via one USB C port, and it has to be "Alt Mode".

 

My computer has this port : USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge)

 

So can anyone tell me if that port is Alt Mode compatible please ?

Yes DP1.2 means the port outputs an alt-dp signal.
