Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey,

 

i have a USB Dockingstation by Dell WD19. The Dockingstaion works fine but the Notebook dosent Charge via the USB-C Cable from the Dockingstation. I look in the BIOS and set the USB-C Charge to enable but nothing changes.

 

Anyone here can Help Me?

The specs of your machine is

It requires PSU (charger), one of the following:

  • 200 W Smart AC power adapter (only available for RTX™ 3050)  OR

  • 230 W Smart AC power adapter

What is the wattage rating of your Dell dock. Looks like I does not have enough power. It should charge your machine when your machine is off.

Hey,

 

yeah the Dockingstation has not enough Power for the Machine.

 

Thanks for the fast Answer. 

 

Gives a Dockingstation thats compatible for the Machine?

Maybe the HP Thunderbolt Dock 230 w?

Its manual says we can use a dock but does NOT say which one. I can't afford to buy expensive devices to test
