Thank you for your research..Can you give any idea whether this is applicable to the HP Spectre x360 13.3" Gem Cut Model (13-AP0013DX)

I have a new gem cut 2019 Spectre x360 13 and old 2016 version. While old blocked most chargers with DRM the new model seems to charge from anywhere. Powered off it charges on a usb wall socket. Powered up it even fast charges and runs from a cheap Baseus 45w usb c pd 3.0 car charger even when charging my phone at the same time. I found it cheap locally. It's the one that comes in 3 colours with usb c and usb a with a power led number indicator on face and wider head

Hi! I can confirm this setup works well so thanks very much for advices. I have obtained both recommended charger and USB hub for my Spectre with Vega and works fine. I have just noted worse quality of the audion output from the hub (Jack 3,5). But maybe this is how the USB audio works. All other things including HDMI output in resolution 2560 x 1600 is perfect.

I had similar experience. I bought the egpu OMEN ACCELERATOR from HP and had similar experience too.  With the original power supply some times it fails to charge too. Since i have mains i just use non hp to charge  like this one for my travels.

mainly is smaller, has two usb ports with it and usb c charging. Usb c for fast charging the phone if needed when i dont use the hp spectre x360 15.

to be honest i wished HP comes out with a power supply that does same i buy it.
