Hello, I lost my charger and wanted to buy an original HP charger but I can only find USB-C type chargers in the Hp store. I know my computer can be charged using USB-C type ports cause I have used ones before in emergency cases, but to buy mine I need to know if I should buy 45W or 65W. Should I buy the ones that say "AC adapter" ? Thanks in advance.

The specs of your machine is:
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06060322
It uses 45 W AC power adapter part # 854116-850. You can use 65W if available, 65W AC power adapter will be more expensive and heavier.
Part # 854116-850 is N/A from HP Online store

You can buy from
https://www.newegg.com/p/1HU-004W-00A81
Regards.

Hello!
thank you for the reply. Just one quick clarification. The one you linked from a store is not for a USB-C port. I'm still guessing a 45W USB-C AC charger will be the right one for my computer?
And also, what is the difference between an "AC adapter" and "G2 power supply" I see both in the store as different items but I don't know the difference between them.
Thanks for the help
