Common problems for Battery

Agreed. This one was not an obvious diagnosis. Some USB-C connectors plug in to the laptop and won't budge, but several others will not seat firmly. Oddly enough, all of the USB-C connectors that are problematic (including the AC Adapter) can be plugged into other USB-C receptacles that I have without working loose. For some reason it seems to be a very specific combination of USB-C connectors along with the receptacles on the laptop.

But I just wanted to thank you once more for actually testing this for me. I at least now know that that is not an inherent design flaw since other people are not having a problem (other than the couple of posts I've seen where one or two other people had the same issue). As a result I've made the arrangements to get the system serviced. Hopefully I'll be back in business within a couple of weeks.

Is HP going to make good on this desigh flaw? The Spectre was promoted as premium offering, and while the product is really good, this design flaw negates any value received otherwise!

In my case, the issue was reslved when I sent my system in for repair so I wouldn't say that it was a design flaw, just a defective unit.
