Hello everyone, as the title says, I'm having charging problems as my laptop should allow USB C charging but, when connected to Samsung phone adapter, a notification pops up saying that the adapter is not compatible. How? shouldn't the whole point of USB C charging to be universal? lol
Adapter works perfectly with phone btw. Thank you for your help!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to charge the battery and power the laptop using your phone charger.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The USB C port on your computer is not a Thunderbolt bolt and it doesn’t support charging the laptop battery or powering the laptop.
Refer to the below link for the product specifications of your computer.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

It means that you can charge your devices like phone, tablet from the USB C port.
Cheers!
