HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1F4E5AV)

Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with an issue that has occurred with my HP laptop. Until September 24th, my laptop was successfully connected to a second screen, but following a system update on September 25th, the screen projection functionality ceased to work.

The specific error message I am encountering states: "USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." Despite trying different solutions such as reinstalling the drivers and testing with two different USB-C to HDMI cables, the problem persists.

This issue has significantly impacted my ability to work efficiently, as I rely heavily on dual-screen functionality. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or steps I could follow to resolve this issue promptly.
