My USB drive appears to be not working. My mouse, which used to work, is not anymore. Nothing pops up as a device when I try to connect something to the usb port. I only have one port. I have tried these devices on another computer so i know they work. How can I fix this?

There are many different versions of the HP Spectre x360 line. Since these appear to be laptops, there may be a manual for the one in question. Please post the complete model number for continued help. Typically the USB port is on a separate board just in case this happens.

Here is the support page for that model
Unfortunately, it does not show a definite part that is separate from the motherboard for the USB ports.
If this unit is still under warranty, then it can be repaired by the service center. If it is not under warranty, it can still be repaired but at a cost.
How old is this model?
