HP Keyboard k1500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The USB keyboard that I had ordered was delivered today, but it doesn't work. I bought the keyboard because I had spilled soda on my laptop over a year ago, and the laptop's keyboard hasn't been working since and I had to use the on-screen keyboard. Even uninstalling the built-in keyboard doesn't work.

Somewhat  interestingly though, the num/caps/scroll lock indicators light up on the USB keyboard whenever I turn on the num/caps/scroll lock keys on the on-screen keyboard, but pressing any button on the USB keyboard does nothing; I can't even turn off the num/caps/scroll lock keys with it.

Nevermind, all I had to do was to turn off the on-screen keyboard.
