USB ports don't work on my computer (pavilion 15 cs3001nt). I tried all the steps recommended by hp and microsoft support websites. I searched about the problem and I found that some other users of cs3001nt have the same problem. Some of them are below:

Is this a manufacturing problem for all pavilion cs3001 notebooks?

@osen
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03327635 Troubleshooting USB Connections (Windows 10, 😎
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I just bought this computer. I've had this problem since I turned on the computer, so I have made neither software change nor pc settings change.
I encounter a different situation every time I turn on the computer. Yesterday it was working fine, today it is not working, maybe it will work fine tomorrow. It changes from day to day.
I wrote in my previous post that I tried all the steps recommended by hp support website, so before asking my question to you, I had tried the all steps in the link you sent.
Also I found a link below, another user (@kdeviren) said that it is manufacturing problem and user replaced computer with a new one.
I think I should get a service report and replace my computer with a new one as the other user did.

Get the DOA report as soon as possible. Replace your computer with a new one or get your money back and look for other products. I replaced my older pc with a new one. USB works better but it has some inconsistencies like an external hard drive spins but doesn't work when pc is on battery. I believe it can resolved with a BIOS update. This model has manufacturing defects, that's for sure. I hope you can resolve your problems.
