I purchased laptop on 2017 and a month after warranty ran out I've problem with charged, I've brought my laptop  to Geek Squad and they checked with different charger cables but none of them charge my laptop. I've been contacted HP support many times to resolved problem.  Hp told me to contact certified retailers, and I contact them but no retailers reply back to me.  First Hp support told me to send laptop to Hp  and will cost me to change motherboard for 400+$ just for charger replacement. the 2nd phone called with Hp support, they don't have part for replacement.  then   no repair shops that be able to repair USB-c port the only way tofu is change the whole motherboard. THAT's so unfair !!!  I spent over 1500 $ to get quality not piece of junk !!.  I've been research on other customers that have similar problem some motherboard burnt, stop working, hardware defect and many more.   I want to know what Hp resolve this problem?   I want Hp replace a new laptop.  I 'll find complaint to customer claim court to HP. I would like to heard back from HP to resolve this problem. Thanks

@sassybee I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
