Dear team,
I am experiencing an issue with my HP EliteBook x360 1040 G8 (Serial Number: [personal info removed]) after installing the latest BIOS and driver updates. Since the update, none of my USB or Type-C ports are functioning.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

try to do a power reset , follow the steps below

Enter the BIOS and load the BIOS defaults, save the changes and see if it works,

first check to see if you have this option in the BIOS active and then you can
BIOS Rollback Policy | \Main\Update System BIOS | Unrestricted Rollback to older BIOS |

click on the BIOS and see below that says Previous Version, click there and see the other BIOS versions.
