Product: Pavilion 14"

I have just bought a new laptop and neither of the two USB's I own fit into the USB ports. I've checked that I'm putting it in the right ports and I've tried putting it in normally and upside down but neither work. But the USB's fit into all other laptops perfectly fine.

What is your Pavilion 14"  ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

I found out that you have to lift the laptop up to insert the memory stick.

Machines now are too thin, we need room to use some ports.
