Product: HP Pro X2 612 G1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pro X2 612 G1 with travel keyboard.The USB on the travel keyboard does not work. The USB on the actual tablet does work when un-attached from the keyboard. I have tried hard resetting the motherboard, updating the BIOS and firmware, updating drivers, and even trying a different travel keyboard. IT will not recognize the USB on the travel keyboard. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

You are facing a compatibility issue with the travel keyboard. What brand is it. Also does the usb ports work with other devices such as a flashdrive or a usb mouse?

I don't think it's a compatibility issue. It's an HP keyboard but, no nothing usb will work in the travel keyboard.
