Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2T3A6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My mouse and other usb devices I plug in, randomly disconnect or stop working as I am using them.
I have tried going into device manager and disabling the option for the USB device to be disabled to save power
I have run a component test which found no issues (from spamming f2 on laptop startup)
I have noticed that if I push down on the usb plugged in, the device disconnects. This laptop is only a few months old and hasn't been physically damaged. This issue wasn't around when I first started using this laptop. Any help would be appreciated
