Thank you anyway. Another person replied me with this message: "Kind of ... I am saying the hardware issues PROBABLY happened because you installed a non-HP version of Windows, one that did not include the HP drivers.  This will guarantee that at lease SOME of the hardware is not going to work right.  If you then added HP drivers to your install, then you should not now be having hardware issues." Could have been that the reason?

You can't really validate or disprove  that theory since  your USB ports are not working.

 

It is a bit of a moot point, since the hardware diagnostic test result showed that your laptop has a hardware failure on the system board that is causing the issue.
