Unable to create a new case or contact support

Hey all

I have been trying to submit a new Support case but the "Submit case" button will not enable no matter what I do.

Also can't seem to be contact the chat support as everytime I do it just reloads back onto the same page and sends me an email.

I am unable to ring at the moment is it possible to get some support over here from HP?

Never mind, I had to modify using debug tools to get the page to submit but it finally worked.

That is one piece of crap support tool though...
