I'm trying to submit a warranty claim for my laptop, since it will not boot up. However, in my account it states that my warranty is expired. I checked the warranty start date and it is completely wrong. It claims that the warranty started before i even bought the laptop. I tried to dispute warranty using the following link:
https://support.hp.com/dispute-warranty
But it does not work. Who can I contact to correct the warranty date?
