The TPM upgrade is required for my machine.
I need to install SP82133.
I have used the TPM.msc to reset the TPM.
However, the SP82133 update asks for ownership file or password.
I have Windows 10 1803

I assume you are using the SP listed in this HP Security Bulletin after being directed to do so by Windows Defender?
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05792935
I have inquired and evidently SP81233 is the wrong firmware for your laptop. Can you get back into Windows or is boot being interrupted by the prompt for owner password?
Perhaps @Flower_Bud can look into that more since he/she has access to HP internal documents.

Your model is listed in the current Security Bulletin as needing the firmware update-could be an error. Either way it is the wrong Sp file. I inquired about it and one of our Admins checked the Sp and says it is wrong for your model. The Bulletin may be updated later and your model removed or the correct Sp added, but the last time I reported an error it was 3-4 weeks before it was corrected.
The bulletin referenced by @Flower_Bud is from last year and only includes "business" class machines..

I checked the bulletin.
I see an entry for 360 Convertible (4000-4099).
I assumed as my module is 4003dx this entry fits my model.
Looks like it does not.
Wonder what I should do next ?
My TPM details are:
Manufacturer: IFX Version: 4.40 Specification : 1.2
What do I do next ?
Thanks for helping...

Your model is part of the 4000-4099 series. I mentioned in previous reply that the Bulletin has the wrong SP listed right now. Hopefully it will be corrected in a few weeks since I reported it.
