My name is Raghav [Personal Information Removed]. Product name is hp 15s.

Sir I bought the laptop on 2nd June. After running for 8 - 10 days a problem came in my laptop. The problem was that my laptop was not opening when I used to press the power button. I used to tell this problem on 15 june on whatsapp of HP support but he had not generated my case id and not solved my problem. Then I took my laptop to HP service center. He said it's a hardware problem. Hardware will change in this, you submit it for 2 days. But I did not do that because it's my new laptop. So, I want replacement because they gave me faulty peace. Then I contacted customer care for replacement. Taking the first call, I told them to share all problems but they did not give any solution, nor did they generate my case id. Then I called for the second time, then my case id will be generated on 20th June and they said that your problem will be solved in 24 hours. But that case is still going on, its solution has not been found yet. 

Please concern my problem and resolve it fastly.

Ok sir, thank you for suggestion. 

 

But Sir, please resolve my hp laptop issues. This issues are going on approx 1 month but not solved. It's major issue not miner.

My case  was generated on 20th june.But till now no solution has been found for this issue.
