Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the laptop for may Daily Office use. But i am getting only 5.9 GB usable RAM from 8 GB company Installed RAM. This Cause my laptop out of memory , and it display the error Out of Memory.
I want my remaining 2.1 GB RAM which is reserve for Video memory ,as i don't have any intention for playing video game.

Thanks for the answer . It helps me to resolve my query .

But issue not resolved . 

Is there any solution for that , or installing additional RAM is the only solution ?
