Envy x2 detachable

For anyone out there considering HP I would strong suggest you read the following and think again!Recently I have purchased a Envy x2, 3months later had issues with charging the device. I logged this with HP support and a few weeks later had the device picked up for warranty related issues. After a few weeks they emailed me to advise the device isn’t covered under warranty as it’s water damaged and will cost $755! The device has never been in water or around high levels of moisture to cause this damage, being a UNI student I relied on choosing HP due to quality and reputation however, this has not been the case at all! This has affected my study’s not having the device through semester. I find HP unreliable and unprofessional both as a product and service in resolving the issue.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
