Product: 8760W Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Did a clean install to a new HDD. I can't identify two devices shown in "Device Manager" that are showing an error condition.  They are listed under "Other Devices" and the first says only "Base System Device" and the second says "PCI Serial Port". Both show as missing drivers. How can I identify them to load the appropriate drivers?

You need these drivers for those devices...

 

Base System Device:

 

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

PCI Serial Port:

 

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.
