HP Pavilion - 15-au101tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced my old battery with a similar HP BP02XL battery on my HP Pavilion - 15-au101tx . The battery is charging and discharging normally as per the icon in the system tray. However, the HP support assistant shows Unknown Battery, and the battery check result is "Discharging (76%). Primary BatteryNo Battery. A battery was not detected. If a battery is installed, please re-insert the battery and AC adapter to retest the battery. I've tried 3 new batteries, tested while charging and discharging, run the UEFI power diagnostic, but all with the same result. Help!

2. HP Support Assistant (Version: 9.7.536.0) continues to show "Battery: Unknown". I have uninstalled and reinstalled HPSA with the same result.

Could there be a bug in the HPSA software?
