Hi, My HP Notebook RTLB723BE's up and down arrow keys are not working from yesterday,

I have tried all other solution from the other forums, but none of them work, It would be helpful if you could provide me some help, I uninstalled the the keyboard as well from Device Management. Please guide me how to fix the arrow keys.

@Abyan

In addition to the laptop keys, there may be a sensor strip underneath the keyboard that wears out over time or can become damaged if something is dropped on the laptop.

We have no way of checking or diagnosing that, nor is there any way to replace individual laptop keys.

You would need to take or send it to a service facility to have it checked to see what is needed to repair it.

Sorry, but this is just a self-help forum staffed mostly by volunteers and we are neither able, nor permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.

For this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.

If you live in the U.S., here is a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:

Good Luck
