Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dears,

I replaced  a memory module (sodimm ddr3l Samsung 4 GB pc3-12800 (800 MHZ), ranks - Single) by a KVR16LS11/8 module  (sodimm ddr3l Kingstone 8 GB pc3-12800 (800 MHZ), ranks - Dual).

Motherboard - 81F1 64.58

BIOS - F40

Are these modules compatibility?

Thanks

Boris

If it does, then the capacity of the installed RAM available to Windows matches the actual capacity of the stick of RAM.

If it does not, then the motherboard only sees "half" the actual capacity of the stick of RAM.
