You should definitely not have 32 bit Windows on it. 64 bit is the way to go. How did Windows 7 get onto it? If it was originally shipped with Windows 10 you can put Windows 10 back on just by using an installer usb disk downloaded from the Microsoft Media Creation Tool website. Just google that phrase. Post back with requested info and we can provide more specific help. The exact model number would be useful for us, as well.
