I want to upgrade my notebook (see specifications) with Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 .Is that possible?

Unfortunately what you want to do is impossible for two reasons:
1. The notebook only supports DDR3L-1600 memory.
DDR4 memory runs at a lower voltage, has a different number of contact pins, and the slot in the memory board is cut in a different place than it is in a DDR3L memory chip, making it physically impossible to install a DDR4 memory chip in a DDR3 memory slot.
2. The maximum memory you can install is 2 x 8 GB.
Below is the link to the service manual...the 4 GB + 8 GB maximum memory limit is incorrect.
