Hello,

I want to use a build in Webcam in my notebook. Is it possible to just change the microphone module for a webcam/microphone module more or less plug and play or do I need to further change cables?

Yes, both use the same cable and the same bezel assembly. The webcam/microphone  module is attached to the bezel using double-sided tape. You may need to install drivers for the camera. Good luck on your rebuild.

I just found some kind of maintenance guide. As there is only one spare part number for the cable mentioned I assume that it is the same for both webcam/microphone or microphone only module. So I can easily swap the modules.
